I was in charge of showing the Abs track--Demonstrating some key moves before the music starts.

Triceps....ugh!

This is our Bodypump team.I'm the only Bodyvive instructor ,at the moment, but one of 7 on Bodypump.

This is me in my Bodyvive launch shirt....My program was labeled "fun". Pretty corny but we were going with a Chinese New Years theme and that's the best we could come up with on the website we used to design our shirts.
